Andrea is an advisor, dealmaker, strategist, speaker, author and the founder and CEO of the diversity and innovation management consulting firm Culture Shift Labs (CSL) and Culture Shifting Deal Making Summits. She’s been at the forefront of diversity and innovation since 1999.

CSL advises Fortune 500’s, Tech Companies, Investors (Private Equity | Venture | Impact | Family Offices), Non Profits, and Private Clients on growth and innovation through social impact. Andrea consults with C-suite executives and their teams across a wide range of industries on finding new growth and societal impact opportunities. By helping clients see past long-held perceptions regarding the intersection of innovation, inclusion and social impact, she guides them to insights that unlock new opportunities.

Andrea serves on the advisory council of the JPMorgan Chase Advancing Black Pathways initiative and is an advisor to Q3 Investment Partners, a New York-based buyout and special situations private equity firm with a commitment to social impact, as well as Level Up Ventures, whose services close the wealth gap through investment in high-growth startups led by culturally diverse founders.

Andrea is a frequent speaker, having moderated or participated in panels and keynotes at Milken Global Conference, National Association of Corporate Directors, Congressional Black Caucus, Association of National Advertisers, Honda Motor Company, Billie Jean King’s Leadership Institute, XCON among others. She has also been featured in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Fortune and on Bloomberg TV.

Andrea is the co-author of Black is the New Green and 50 BILLION Dollar Boss: African American Women Sharing Stories of Success in Entrepreneurship and Leadership (nominated for a 2015 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Literary Work) and The Innovation Diversity Connection.
