Jason Lamin

Lennox Park Solutions Inc.

Jason is the Founder and CEO of Lenox Park Solutions, a financial technology company he
launched in 2009. Originally a consulting firm, Lenox Park now provides collaborative software,
data aggregation tools, and analytics to promote equitable access to opportunities. The
company serves major global institutions managing over $4 trillion in assets. A champion for
diversity in asset management, Jason advocates for greater inclusion of women, people of
color, and underrepresented groups.

Previously, he worked in Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking division in New York and London,
specializing in Financial Institutions M&A and institutional client relationships. He currently holds
leadership and advisory roles, including as an Independent Director for Harding Loevner Funds
and on advisory boards for Tikehau Capital, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and Alpha Impact 8.
A University of Texas at Austin alumnus, Jason remains engaged with his alma mater, serving
on advisory boards and delivering the 2017 Commencement Address. He received the Pro
Bene Meritis Distinguished Alumni Award in 2020.

Internationally, Jason has been a Private Sector Delegate at the United Nations since 2009,
advocating for bias-reducing technologies and investment in Africa. In 2008, he founded Nyawa
Funding Group, a nonprofit improving living standards in Sierra Leone, where he was born.
