Grace Reyes is the CEO and Founder of The Investment Diversity Exchange (TIDE), a platform that connects and engages movers and shakers to promote diversity and inclusion in the investment industry. With over 15 years of experience in the field, she is one of the most prominent voices in finance when it comes to advancing gender balance and representation of underrepresented groups. She was also an Independent Board Director and part of the Audit Committee of Professional Diversity Network (NASDAQ: IPDN), and the Board Chairwoman of IPDN’s subsidiary International Association of Women.

Grace has a global network and influence, having traveled to over 50 countries and formed close rapport with an array of industry leaders and prominent investors.
