Milton Speid

Milton Speid is the Executive Director of VC Include (VCI), a
dynamic education platform and support network that has
equipped emerging fund managers with the tools, knowledge,
and networks they need to succeed. VCI expands access to
capital and ensures that innovation and inclusion drive the
future of investing. Previously, Milton served as Director of North America at The
ImPact, guiding families to align their assets with their values.
He also led strategic initiatives at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, working
with individuals and corporations to drive global philanthropic impact.
His career spans senior roles at Epic Foundation, TED, and Bank of
America Charitable Foundation. At Epic, he helped cultivate a network of charitable
entrepreneurs; at TED, he collaborated with Fortune 500 companies to amplify
groundbreaking ideas. He has also advised SAP , Dolby, StubHub, Texas Instruments,
and LinkedIn on philanthropy and social impact strategies. As the son of Jamaican immigrants, Milton is deeply committed to poverty alleviation
and economic mobility. He holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford,
where he captained the soccer team and was honored as Alumni of the Year in 2018.
He serves on the boards of Forward Global, The African Visionary Fund, and We Are
Family Foundation. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Milton enjoys spending his weekends playing or watching
soccer with family and friends.
