Jackson Georges Jr. is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of BAG Ventures, an early-stage venture firm backing visionary founders leveraging AI to enhance enterprise productivity.
Previously, Jackson was a Partner at CapitalG, Alphabet’s growth-stage investment firm, where he led the Post-Investment team, overseeing value-add services for portfolio companies. He advised CEOs on growth strategies, GTM execution, and operational scaling, while also driving key DEI initiatives, including the Alphabet VC Growth program supporting Black-led firms.
A founding member of the Black Angel Group, a collective of 300+ Black tech professionals, and a steering committee member at BLCK VC, Jackson is committed to increasing Black representation in venture capital and fostering financial inclusion. His career spans leadership roles at Google and GE Healthcare, where he worked across IT, recruitment, and sales.
Recognized on the Black Enterprise 40 Under 40 and AFROTECH Future 50 lists, Jackson continues to champion innovation, diversity, and transformational leadership in the VC ecosystem.
