Chad Strader, Co-CEO and Managing Partner
Chad Strader is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner for Red Arts Capital. Before forming Red Arts in 2015, Chad invested in private equity transactions at Woodlawn Partners and held finance and accounting roles at PepsiCo.
Beyond Red Arts, Chad is a Term Member at the Council of Foreign Relations, and member of the Young Leaders Circle at The Milken Institute and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He also serves as a Board Member of Big Shoulders Fund and member of The Chicago Club and The Economic Club of Chicago. Chad received an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southern University.
Nick Antoine
Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and Managing Partner
Nick Antoine is a Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and Managing Partner at Red Arts Capital, where he leads fundraising, research, and thesis development. Before forming Red Arts in 2015, Nick served in a Chief of Staff role to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ariel Investments, a $17 billion asset management firm. He began his career as an Equity Research Analyst for Princeton Global Asset Management before moving to Chicago to first join Ariel Investments on their Domestic Research investment team.
Beyond Red Arts, Nick is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He also serves as a Board Trustee of The Studio Museum in Harlem, and WTTW Communications, Inc. (PBS Chicago), and as a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and The Chicago Club. Nick holds a B.A. from Princeton University.
