Darren Dixon is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kingston Capital Management, LP, and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Kingston Infrastructure Partners, LP, a global infrastructure investment firm.
Prior to founding Kingston Infrastructure Partners in 2022, Darren was most recently Head of Goldman Sachs’ Global Capital Solutions Group, a structured investing business focused on infrastructure. He started his career at Goldman Sachs as a summer analyst and remained at the firm for 14 years.
In addition to his extensive infrastructure experience, including his involvement closing 20+ infrastructure transactions totaling over $9 billion in transaction value, Darren has a diversified and complementary breadth of investment and risk-management experience across different asset classes and industries.
While at Goldman, Darren helped build a structured investing business focused on infrastructure in Latin America. Darren drove all parts of the investing process including origination, negotiation, structuring, documentation, risk management, and distribution of risk.
Darren played NCAA Division I collegiate football and was raised by his father (David) and mother (Terri) along with his three brothers (Darwin, Damon, and Daniel) in Virginia.
