Ray Whiteman

Ray Whiteman is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Stellex Capital Management, a private equity firm with over $2.6 billion in committed capital. Prior to Stellex, he served as a Partner and Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, co-heading Carlyle Strategic Partners, and held positions at Credit Lyonnais, Citicorp, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Whiteman currently serves on the boards of several companies, including Cisco Investment Holding LLC, David Brown Santasalo, LFG Data Services, Officine Maccaferri, and P3 Services. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Williams College and his M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, he serves as a director on the board of Tuskegee University.
