Jocelyn is a General Partner at Builders VC and focuses on Modern Money. Fintech platforms that enable financial security for individuals and SMBs is her north star. She also heads special situation investments and capital formation. Jocelyn has spent her entire career on Wall Street and Silicon Valley financing emerging technologies through multiple cycles. Recent $B+ exits include SoFi and Volta.
Before joining Builders VC, Jocelyn was a senior investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Jocelyn has a global network, having lived and worked in Hong Kong, London, New York and Silicon Valley. Her Board roles include Fidelity International, Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund, and the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art. Jocelyn is a graduate of Stanford University and The Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
