Stephanie Campbell and Diana Murakhovskaya are Co-Founders and General Partners of The
Artemis Fund. For a decade, they've invested in world changing founders building solutions for
resilient families, individuals, and businesses. Artemis closed two funds backed by institutional
investors including Churchill Asset Management, BofA, BMO, Amazon, and the Commonwealth
of Virginia.
Stephanie grew up in Mobile, Alabama as the eldest daughter to a single mother of three. Her
work ethic allowed her to overcome tremendous obstacles and is core to her drive to invest in
technology that can create economic mobility. She received her MBA from Rice University after
working as a lobbyist on Capitol Hill for Southern California. She led the largest angel network in
the US with hundreds of investments under her belt.
Diana was born in Odessa, Ukraine and emigrated to NYC when she was seven years old. Her
parents taught her from a young age about the value of education, grit and hard work. She
received her Mechanical Engineering degree from The Cooper Union before a decade on Wall
Street in investment banking and commodities trading at Lehman Brothers and Macquarie. She
built and sold a successful accelerator helping companies build networks and raise capital.
