Vaughn Crowe is the Managing Partner at nvp capital, alongside Partner Dan Borok.
With a focus on early-stage investments in B2B software companies, Vaughn is
instrumental in shaping the firm’s strategy and driving its success, identifying and
supporting exceptional founders.
With over 15 years of investment experience, Vaughn has a proven track record as an
operator and investor. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Ray Chambers’s
family office, Wesray, where he led investments spanning private equity and venture
capital. During his tenure, Vaughn served as Executive Chairman of a $300M+ portfolio
company, steering the organization to its most profitable year in its 55-year history.
Vaughn serves on the boards of several high-growth companies, including Pair Team,
Handspring Health, Class8 (formerly FleetOps), Vitable Health, BranchLab, Toothio, and
Ryse. Known for his operational expertise and commitment to founder success, Vaughn
is a trusted partner and strategic advisor in the venture ecosystem.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Vaughn is deeply committed to community
service. He currently serves as Vice Chair of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, part of
the RWJ Barnabas Health system, where he helps advance healthcare innovation and
access.
Vaughn earned a BA in Political Science from Colgate University.
