Von Ritter is the Director of Private Fund Investments at Align Impact, where she sources impact investing opportunities across asset classes, conducts deep due diligence, and monitors portfolios. Prior to Align she received an MBA and a Masters in Global Affairs at Yale. She's worked in impact investing with a financial intermediary and a startup accelerator, structuring deals, conducting due diligence, and preparing organizations to become investment-ready. She was a consultant in Central America, co-founded a civil society organization in the Peace Corps in Paraguay, and researched HIV/AIDS in Papua New Guinea. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
