As CEO, Dana is responsible for firm-wide management, business development, strategic planning, and investor relations. Dana has spent three decades working in finance, compliance, and leadership roles in the investment industry. She has been with the firm since its inception in 2009, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer before becoming CEO in January 2023.
Preserver Partners is a women-owned and led Memphis-based investment management firm whose investment philosophy seeks to generate uncorrelated, long-term positive absolute returns across all market cycles, while preserving capital. Preserver invests opportunistically across asset classes offering clients investments in differentiated niche strategies. Its clients include public pension plans, endowments and foundations, corporations, family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
Prior to joining Preserver, Dana served as Vice-President in various roles at FHN Financial Capital Markets and Chief Compliance Officer at Channing Capital Management. She holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Tennessee.
Beyond her professional role, Dana is deeply involved in philanthropy and community service, particularly in financial literacy and economic empowerment. She currently serves as Board Commissioner for Memphis Area Transit Authority and Board Member for Preserver Partners Foundation, RISE Memphis, Downtown Memphis Commission Center City Revenue Finance Corp, Bridges USA, and Benedict College’s Burroughs Business School. Additionally, Dana is a member of the Memphis Chamber Chairman’s Circle and volunteers with the Women’s Foundation for Greater Memphis.
She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is married to Leviticus and has two adult children, Landon and Demi.
