Katie Moore
Hamilton Lane
Katie Moore is a Managing Director on the Fund investment & Managed Solutions team, leading
several of the firm’s institutional client relationships and overseeing the Emerging & Diverse-led
Investment programs. Katie also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and Responsible
Investment Committee.
Katie began her career with Hamilton Lane in 2007 and was previously a Senior Relationship
Manager as well as a Vice President on the primary team. In addition, Katie founded and co-
chaired the firm’s DE&I Council for many years. Katie started her career as a Financial Analyst
at Murray Devine & Co.
In 2024, Katie was selected to The DE&I Capitalism Power100 list. She was also previously
recognized as Women We Admire’s Top 50 Women Leaders of PA, Think Advisors Luminaries
in Diversity & Inclusion, CIO Magazine’s Knowledge Brokers list and Real Deals’ Future 40 D&I
leaders.
In addition to her work activities, Katie oversees the firm’s relationship with Girls Who Invest,
serves on the Advisory Council for SEO, the RFK Compass Advisory Committee and the
Council of the Private Equity Women’s Investor Network (PE-WIN). Katie also serves on the
Board of Directors for the US Wrestling Foundation.
Katie received a B.S. in Finance from Drexel University.
