Dave Brown joined the Raymond James Private Capital Advisory team in 2022 as managing director and head of strategic limited partner relationships. Mr. Brown joined Raymond James after eight years with Moelis & Co.’s private funds advisory business serving as the head of North American distribution. Prior to that, he was co-head of private equity and real estate advisory at Greenhill & Co. and was on the private funds marketing team at Lehman Brothers. He began his finance career with New York Life Investment Management as head of public funds distribution. Before entering the finance industry, Mr. Brown played 10 years in the NFL as a quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals as well as the New York Giants. Mr. Brown received his BA from Duke University in History and Political Science.
