Susan Soh

Susan Soh is the Chief of Capital Formation and Investor Relations at GrowthCurve
Capital. Most recently, she was Partner, Chief of Strategy and Capital Development at
Two Sigma where she led the growth initiative and capital development efforts for their
private investment activities. She was responsible for overseeing the marketing
process, strategy, and leading the team in new business development.
Previously, Susan was a founding partner and Global Head of Marketing and Client
Services at Perella Weinberg Partners (PWP). In this role, she was responsible for
marketing and client services, strategic business development, and sourcing new
managers for PWP’s asset management business. Prior to PWP, she was Managing
Director and Head of Hedge Fund Marketing at Highbridge Capital Management, a
large multi-asset management firm. Previously, she was a Vice President at Lightyear
Capital, a financial services private equity firm where she was responsible for business
development and investor relations. Earlier in her career, Susan was a Vice President at
Bear Stearns Merchant Banking and an M&A Banker at Bear Stearns. She began her
career as a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.

Susan holds a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Yale and a J.D., cum laude,
from Harvard Law School. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences discussing
private investment strategies, investment trends and outlook as well as topics on ESG,
Diversity & Inclusion, and Women in Investing. Susan is an active board member of
AAAIM (Association of Asian American Investment Managers), a founding member of
AIF Global’s Women’s Investment Forum Steering Committee, and a member of the
Private Equity Women’s Investment Network (PEWIN). She was the recipient of the AIF
Women Investor Trailblazer Award in 2020 and the “Best Investor Relations Team 2012”
Award by Hedge Funds Review.
