Godfrey Gill

Vista Equity Partners

Godfrey Gill joined Vista Equity Partners in 2019 and served as Managing Director on the Capital & Partners Solutions team before joining Vista Credit Partners in 2024. Mr. Gill focuses on engagement and development efforts.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Gill served as a Managing Director at Lyrical Partners, LP, where he focused on institutional sales and marketing efforts and a broad cross-section of institutional clients throughout North America. Before his time with Lyrical, Mr. Gill was a Managing Director at Karsch Capital Management, where he served in a variety of roles, including client services, sales, marketing and as a member of the Investment team. Prior to Karsch Capital, Mr. Gill co-founded Keel Capital, an equity long/short investment firm focused on investing in companies in industries undergoing disruptive change, and served as Head of Investment Research.

Outside of his work at Vista, Mr. Gill serves on the Board of Trustees at Howard University and the Board of Advisors for the Francis L. & Edwin L. Cummings Memorial Fund.
