Ndu Okereke
Ndu Okereke is a senior vice president of D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. and a member of the D. E. Shaw
group’s Fundamental Equities investment unit. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Mr. Okereke was a
U.S. buyout associate at The Carlyle Group Inc. covering the telecommunications, media, and
business services industries. Prior to that, he was an analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at
Morgan Stanley. Mr. Okereke received his A.B. in economics, cum laude, from Harvard College, an
M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
