Kourtney Gibson is the CEO of Retirement Solutions at TIAA, overseeing a $740 billion segment of the firm’s $1.4 trillion in assets under management. She leads the development and distribution of retirement strategies for over 15,000 plan sponsors and millions of employees across various sectors.

Before TIAA, Kourtney was President and Executive Vice Chairman of Loop Capital, where she led strategy, talent, and client relationships for over 20 years. She holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the University of Miami.

Kourtney serves on the boards of FIS, MarketAxess, and Viterbo University, and is involved in the LIMRA Retirement Plan Advisory Board and The Economic Club of Chicago. She’s been recognized on American Banker’s and Barron’s lists of influential women in finance. Additionally, she is committed to community service through the Dibia DREAM Foundation and Chicago Scholars.
