During the past decade, CUP has positioned itself as a major influencer and cultivator of leadership via its rich programing focused on Diversity & Inclusion, Professional Development, Community Building, and Networking. Michael Persaud is Chairman of the decorated CUP Board, tasked with building on the organization’s strong reputation and influential membership. Based on his commitment to the organization and effectiveness it is hard to imagine it’s not his full-time pursuit, however, he is also a Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor at Morgan Stanley. In this position, he serves as an investment advisor to ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and select institutions, including foundations and endowments. Persaud brings a wealth of experience to CUP and having been an entrepreneur and founder and successful manager of private wealth, he understands the challenges facing diverse firms and individuals. He is the right person at the right time to steer one of the most important ships in our fleet.
