The Xponance Diverse Opportunities Fund (XDO) intends to acquire minority investments in equity, equity-related or debt interests, or rights to share in the revenue streams primarily in or generated by alternative asset managers and their affiliates. The fund may acquire minority investments and or make seeding investments in managers in which either women or minorities own at least 33% of the equity or one or more women or minorities hold the title of Managing Partner or any equivalent title. Marquette Chester is Senior Managing Director of Xponance Alternatives Solutions. He brings over 30 years of institutional experience, with 20 years in private equity. He previously served as Principal and Managing Director for the Investor Relations and Product Development Group at WL Ross & Co. and Invesco Private Capital. McCullough Williams, III, President and Chief Operating Officer of Xponance, has 25 years of investment experience and 17 years of state government experience. He oversees the firm’s compliance, business operations, technology, sales and client service divisions.
